  • How do I create an account for DexToons?

    Go to Create Account on the upper right corner and sign up using your email.

  • Can I create an account using social media ID?

    Yes, you can do so by using social media login provided by Google, Twitter, and Facebook. 

  • I can’t log in using my social media account

    You need to log in to your social media account and authorize permissions for using DexToons first.


    Please make sure you entered the correct username and password associated with your social media account.

  • I can't log in using my email and keep getting messages that it’s not registered or the password is wrong.

    Our email logins are case sensitive, so make sure you are inputting the correct case-sensitive email address that you used to first register.

  • How do I reset my password?

    Go to My Info → Setting to change the password, and etc.

  • How do I delete my account?

    Go to My Info → Delete account and enter the password to delete.

  • How do I change the password?

    Go to Log In → Finding membership information and type your email address that you used for signing up for DexToons to receive your information. 

  • I still can’t remember my account and password.

    Please go to My Info → MORE → QUESTION → To Ask and leave your issues in 1:1 inquiry for help.

  • I haven’t received a password recovery email.

    Our password recovery email can occasionally end up in your spam folder. If you can’t find the email in your spam folder, go to your email settings and make sure that the webtoons.com domain hasn't been blocked from sending you emails.
